Our verdict

One API key or MCP server gives an AI agent a full social engagement loop across 10 networks - and humans still get a proper calendar and editor.

Publora is a social media scheduler with an unusual center of gravity: it is built to be driven by AI agents as much as by people. Humans get a calendar scheduler and an editor supporting text, image, video, carousel, story and reel posts across 10 platforms – Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Threads, Bluesky, X, Mastodon, LinkedIn and Telegram. Agents get two clean interfaces: a REST API where one POST request publishes everywhere, and an MCP server with 18 tools so Claude Code, Cursor, n8n, Make, Zapier and other MCP-compatible clients can schedule posts, pull analytics and manage accounts in plain English with a two-minute config.

That dual design is the point. Instead of wiring ten separate OAuth flows into an agent, Publora hands the agent a full engagement loop – post, comment, react, mention – behind one API key. The site leans into this with npx-installable skills and a

That dual design is the point. Instead of wiring ten separate OAuth flows into an agent, Publora hands the agent a full engagement loop – post, comment, react, mention – behind one API key. The site leans into this with npx-installable skills and a pricing.md file written for AI agents to read. For humans, there is an AI Editor and an AI Idea Generator that learns from past posts, platform-specific smart validations before publishing, and email notifications for publishing status and errors. Agencies get dedicated workspaces with client onboarding, permission controls and centralized billing.

Pricing is fully published and graduated per connected account. Starter is free forever: 3 social accounts, 15 posts a month, up to 3 scheduled posts at a time up to 7 days ahead, all platforms except X, 50MB video uploads, API and MCP access included, no credit card required. Pro is per account with automatic volume discounts: accounts 1-5 are $5.99 each per month ($3.99 billed yearly, 33% off), accounts 6-20 are $2.99 ($1.99 yearly), and 21+ are $0.99 ($0.66 yearly) – so 5 accounts run $29.95 a month. Pro adds unlimited posts, X support, AI Editor, webhooks, priority support and 250MB uploads. Agency is custom with isolated client workspaces, unlimited team members, role-based access and one-link client approvals. There is a 7-day full refund on first payment.

The trade-offs: X is locked behind Pro, which will annoy free-tier users; the Starter ceiling of 15 posts a month is tight for active brands; and the vendor’s claims of 2,200+ active users and saving 10+ hours weekly are self-reported. The Product Hunt badge and 4.8 G2-style rating shown on the site are vendor-displayed. For developers and AI-first teams who want scheduling and publishing as infrastructure rather than a dashboard, this is one of the cleanest MCP-native options on the market.

How we tested

This listing was prepared through desk research by the AppsInsight editorial team. Primary sources: the official Publora website (publora.com), its pricing page with the Monthly/Yearly toggle read in both positions, the pricing FAQ, and the Product Hunt launch page. Pricing is exactly as published: Starter free forever (3 accounts, 15 posts/month); Pro graduated per account - $5.99/$2.99/$0.99 monthly by volume band, $3.99/$1.99/$0.66 billed yearly (33% off); Agency custom. The 7-day refund policy is stated in the vendor's pricing FAQ. User counts and badges shown on the site are vendor-reported and attributed as such. The logo is the official publora.com logo flattened onto white; screenshots are captures of the official homepage and the product calendar visual shown there. We did not conduct hands-on product testing; ratings reflect editorial judgment based on documented capabilities.
