Business banking discovery, reusable KYB profiles and provider application tracking

Business banking discovery, reusable KYB profiles and provider application tracking Start with bank appetite, not a generic best-bank list BankStore is a web platform for finding business banking and payment providers, preparing a reusable compliance file and tracking applications.
A reusable KYB file and provider-fit shortlist can reduce repeated preparation. Confirm paid scope, sensitive-data handling and provider requirements; approval remains the institution's decision.
BankStore is a web platform for finding business banking and payment providers, preparing a reusable compliance file and tracking applications. Its operator is BNKSTORE LTD, company number 14988597, incorporated in England and Wales according to the official terms. The London address is a registered office, not a verified operating headquarters. A Product Hunt launch in September 2026 is not a founding date. Founder, founding year, headquarters and team size remain unverified in this profile.
The useful question is specific: will a provider consider this company’s ownership, jurisdiction, industry, transaction volumes and currencies? A cheap account is of little use if the bank rejects the business after weeks of document collection. BankStore says it ranks providers against that profile and helps build applications where the fit is better.
That is an onboarding and data service, not a bank account issued by BankStore.

The terms explicitly say the company is not a bank, payment institution, e-money institution, financial adviser or agent of a bank. It does not hold client funds or decide applications. The account, licence and financial relationship belong to the third-party institution. A directory badge, bank logo or matching score should not be read as a regulatory endorsement.
The public bank list supplies searchable provider cards with country, licence-type labels, products, payment rails, a Bank Index score and a separate provider-review score. Provider detail pages add tabs for overview, industries, services, regions and fees. The public Bank matching page asks for incorporation country, industry and product before showing matches, without sign-up.
This review inspected the list, a 3S Money detail page and the empty matching form. It did not submit a real or invented business profile. Screenshots are genuine public discovery UI and an official dashboard image, not evidence of a completed KYB file, a bank-approved account or a live connection to customer funds. The provider details and third-party review scores shown in those images were not independently audited.
Coverage numbers need care. The homepage still describes a catalogue of 170-plus providers, while the September launch article and newer business pages claim more than 1,400, including more than 290 banks and 910 acquirers. The live public directory displayed 1,386 providers during inspection, with category counts that need not be mutually exclusive. Its much larger Financial institutions indexed count belongs to the separate Bank Index, not a promise that every indexed institution can receive an application through BankStore. I would check the shortlist for the actual business rather than buy on a headline network size.
The documented Unified KYB profile brings company registration, ownership and beneficial owners, structure, activity, expected flows and supporting documents into one reusable file. Guided onboarding describes document versions, outstanding requirements and parallel applications. Reuse could remove a large amount of repeated typing and document hunting, but a provider can still request fresh or additional information.
The AI banking agent prepares drafts, replies and follow-ups from that KYB profile and the applications run through BankStore. Its page says it does not crawl an inbox or bank accounts. Every application, reply and document requires the customer’s sign-off before leaving the platform, and capabilities can be disabled per workspace. That review step matters: a fluent compliance answer must still match the business’s real ownership, source of funds and activity. No matching-accuracy benchmark or AI document-review accuracy test was verified.
Multi-bank management is a separate visibility layer. The current page describes read-only connections through licensed Open Banking providers, bank-side authorisation and scoped access tokens rather than bank-login credentials. Coverage varies by country and bank; unsupported accounts can be tracked manually with a manual-update label. Access can be revoked at the bank. The current layer is reporting and visibility, not initiating payments from the dashboard.
The business FAQ names Xero, NetSuite and QuickBooks for balance feeds, but this review did not connect or test those integrations. A named Open Banking infrastructure provider, public developer API and integration-specific configuration documentation were not verified. Provider logos, card networks and supported currencies are not themselves software integrations.
Some marketing says Zero Rejections, or asks readers to get matched to the bank that says yes. Other pages describe matching in a day and an account live in roughly two to three days. Those are vendor claims and example timings, not this review’s findings. The launch article qualifies timing with complete documents, evidenced ownership and no enhanced-due-diligence delay. The terms disclaim any guarantee of approval, account opening or processing time.
Acquiring, FX, cross-border payments, stablecoin bridges, incorporation, accounting and legal support appear in the wider service catalogue. Do not confuse those descriptions with BankStore custody, a BankStore payment rail, professional advice or a guaranteed licence for a particular business. Third-party providers, eligibility, service agreements and local rules remain relevant. The illustrations showing savings and higher approval rates are not an independent performance study.
The September launch article identifies the bank list and public matching as free resources. It does not make the whole platform free. A provider detail says Free to apply, no upfront fees, while the business FAQ describes an annual platform licence and the AI agent page describes tokens charged per action, shown in Balance before each action, without seat licences. The VC page offers a custom annual licence scaled to assets under management, portfolio size and jurisdictions, with a dedicated manager and unlimited portfolio companies.
No public fixed platform amount, token exchange rate, action allowance or tax-inclusive checkout total was verified. The terms say service costs can vary by action, account category and risk level, fees are GBP unless otherwise stated, and applicable tax, bank charges and conversion costs are the customer’s responsibility. Tokens are prepaid service access, not cash, investments, transferable credits or a bank balance. They do not expire unless stated otherwise. Starting price is intentionally blank.
Incorporation pages show illustrated totals and comparison prices, but those are not carried over as a universal purchasable plan. Before paying, get the precise licence or service fee, token consumption, scope, renewal and cancellation terms, provider charges, taxes and any remaining requirements in writing. The free-application banner cannot settle the price of support or an eventual provider account.
The April 21 refund policy is restrictive. Payments are generally non-refundable, credited tokens are non-refundable, and preliminary preparation or compliance work can count as service commencement. A bank’s rejection, delay or extra requirements do not alone create a refund right. Company failure or an erroneous charge can qualify for review. The UK/EU consumer withdrawal provisions are conditional and should not be presented as a blanket fourteen-day business refund. Business requests are described as within a reasonable period, typically seven days; review can take fourteen business days, with approved refunds usually appearing five to ten business days later. Statutory rights and the policy’s exceptions still apply.
The privacy policy identifies BNKSTORE LTD as controller and covers identity and contact details, company and financial documents, compliance inputs, screening, transaction records and usage. It allows sharing with selected financial institutions, IT, payment and compliance providers, authorities and other listed partners, including processing outside the UK or EEA with stated safeguards. This is not a local-only or fixed-region storage promise.
KYC and client documents are retained for at least five years after the relationship ends. Billing and support records have purpose- and legal-obligation-based retention. Erasure rights are therefore not an immediate wipe promise. Automated fraud and compliance profiling is described, and objecting can affect service availability. The public materials reviewed do not identify the model provider or give an explicit no-training commitment for confidential KYB documents. Ask about those points before uploading beneficial-owner IDs or sensitive company records.
The operator states encryption in transit and at rest, need-to-know access, security reviews and vulnerability assessments. A business page says infrastructure is built to SOC 2 Type II controls. That wording is not an inspected SOC 2 report or certification, so no certification badge is awarded here. No independent security audit was performed.
Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity and Advertising, and Plerdy are named for analytics, heatmaps or session replay. The policies say non-essential technologies require consent and replay masks typed form contents. The public cookie banner offered rejection of non-essential cookies, which was used for this review. Those statements were not independently tested across an authenticated dashboard.
I like the order of work: understand the business, find providers whose requirements fit, then reuse a carefully checked compliance file. The public list is a useful place to see that bank selection involves ownership and sector as much as fees. Human approval before a submission is also the right control for material that can affect a banking relationship.
I would start with the free discovery pages and use them to build questions, not to pick a bank on a score alone. For paid support, I would want a written scope and quote that explains the annual licence, tokens and free-application wording, plus a clear answer on what happens if every provider declines. The coverage and pricing inconsistencies reduce my confidence, and the sensitive data involved raises the bar for security evidence. BankStore looks useful for organising a difficult onboarding process, but it cannot remove a bank’s judgement or make compliance automatic.
