Unico Connect

Unico Connect is an AI-native software development company founded in Mumbai in January 2014. Its engineering hub is in Kurla West, Mumbai, with a US contracts and billing office in Chicago. The company says it has shipped 250+ products and made AI-native delivery standard on every engagement in 2026. It is a certified Google Cloud and Workspace partner and a Xano Enterprise partner, and works to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified security practices.

Its services span custom software, AI development and agents, web and mobile apps, and an unusually deep no-code practice covering Xano, WeWeb, Webflow, Bubble, FlutterFlow and Lovable. Results published on its site include a learning platform for Highlands Community Charter serving 15,000+ students (which won a DesignRush Best Mobile App Design award in 2025), a progressive web app rebuild for New York retailer ABC Carpet & Home across 200,000+ SKUs, and the Deep Meditate app with 500K+ downloads. The NoCode Alliance named it Best NoCode Agency of 2023, and Clutch placed it at #13 on its 2025 Clutch 100 fastest-growing list.

Who Unico Connect suits, and where it is weaker

Unico Connect suits startups and mid-market companies that want senior engineers, weekly shipping increments and a choice between full-code and no-code delivery, especially in fintech, healthcare, education, SaaS and e-commerce. Buyers who need a large onshore team should note its engineering hub is in Mumbai with only a contracts and billing office in the US, and AppsInsight has no verified client reviews for it yet, so the figures above are the company’s own and not independently checked.
